Neurofeedback therapy is electroencephalogram biofeedback for the brain. This computer generated therapeutic intervention provides immediate feedback assessing brain wave activity.

How it Works: Repeated training sessions teach the central nervous system to reorganize, then regulate brainwave frequencies. For your session you’ll be seated wearing a cap with electrodes. These electrodes will transmit your brain’s activity to the computer to help guide your neurofeedback session.

What it feels like: relaxing and calming

Systems/symptoms: mental-emotional health concerns, anxiety, depression, focus and attention concerns

How long: 30-60 minutes
